CDigital played a pivotal role in modernizing the judicial system by automating the Lower Judiciary workflows, making legal proceedings more efficient and transparent. CDigital successfully delivered a comprehensive digital transformation for the Lower Judiciary. The initiative encompassed workflow automation for district and tehsil courts, customized modules for deed registration, HR and budget management, inventory control, and a public-facing CFMS mobile application. Integration with the Supreme Court MIS, along with deployment of biometric attendance systems. A full suite of IT infrastructure— scanners, routers, firewalls, video conferencing, and computing systems — was also executed.

This transformation introduced efficiency, transparency, and accountability and delivered profound operational benefits. Courts now manage cases digitally, accelerating processing times, and ensuring real-time interdepartmental coordination. Citizens now benefit from faster legal services, improved access to justice, and a more responsive, technology-enabled judicial system.
